Non-refundable Application Fee $35.00. Applications are required for each prospective tenant. Married couples only need to submit one application as their information is legally combined. The confidential application is processed by Data Verification Services, Inc. They report on credit, criminal, and civil information, as well as the rental history and employment verification of the applicant. The application process can take 24 to 48 hours and may vary depending on availability of previous rental references.
After completion of
a three month minimun tenancy, we rent on a month-to-month basis. If
approved through our
application process, payment of the cleaning fee and notification /
damage deposit is required to secure an apartment.
If
approved through the application process, a $500.00 cleaning fee
and deposit is required to secure an apartment. The $300.00

Cleaning Fee offsets cleaning costs after vacancy and the
$200.00 Refundable
Notification and Damage Deposit
is returned with a three month minimum tenancy, proper notice, a rental
account in good standing, all keys returned and no damages to the
apartment or property.

Our one-bedroom apartments rent for $420.00. They are located on Asbury and Almon Streets,
within 3 to 6 blocks from the
Our downtown two-bedroom apartments rent for $525.00 (18 units total). These are located close to the University of Idaho - on Asbury and Almon Streets. The apartments come with a range, refigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
The majority of our two
bedroom apartments are located in our 60 unit complex
approximately 1 mile from the University of Idaho
Water, Sewer, and Garbage are included with rent.
Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
Assistive animals are welcome.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties or loud music are
not allowed.
Waterbeds are permitted on the first floor
only.
Portable
dishwashers or washing machines are not allowed.
