Non-refundable Application Fee $20.00. Applications are required for each prospective tenant. Married couples only need to submit one application as their information is legally combined. The confidential application is processed by NWIS Tenant Investigation Services, Inc. They report on credit, criminal, and civil information, as well as the rental history and employment verification of the applicant.
After completion of a three month minimun tenancy, we rent on a month-to-month basis. If approved through our
application process, payment of the cleaning fee and notification /
damage deposit is required to secure an apartment.
If
approved through the application process, a $400.00 cleaning fee and depoist is required to secure an apartment. The $200.00 Non-refundable
Cleaning Fee offsets cleaning costs after vacancy and the $200.00 Refundable
Notification and Damage Deposit
is returned with a three month minimum tenancy, proper notice, a rental
account in good standing, all keys returned and no damages to the
apartment or property.

within 3 to 6 blocks from the
Our downtown two-bedroom apartments rent for $460.00(12 units) or $495.00 (6 units). These are located close to the University of Idaho - on Asbury and Almon Streets. The apartments come with a range, refigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
The majority of our two bedroom apartments are located in our 60 unit complex approximately 1 mile from the University of Idaho
We DO NOT allow pets of any kind. Service/Assistance/Companion animals are welcome.
We DO NOT allow parties or loud music.
Waterbeds are permitted on the first floor only.
We do not allow portable
dishwashers or washing machines.
